Crochet Border- Optional

a free crochet bandana- border

Remember this part is optional. But i think it ads more character to the crochet bandana! You can choose to use the same color as the body of the bandana or mix another color as i did.

Whatever you decide. Follow these steps to achieve a beautiful border for your crochet bandana:

Attach new yarn if need be, ch 1. Sc 2 sts, ch 3, slst to the base of the ch, sc in next 2 sts, ch 3, slst to the base of the ch. rep this till the end.

Straps

If you wish to attach new color for then straps like i did, connect the new color now otherwise, ch 50 or your desired length. ch1 at the end to turn, sc all the way to the beginning of the ch.

For the base of the bandana, we will work 3 sc in every ch 4 stitch and 1 sc at the center of the original MR. when you reach the other end of the bandana, ch 50+1 turning chain or your desired length and sc down again.

At the end, ch1 and fasten off. add beads if you desire and your crochet bandana is all done!
